Featuring Members

Paul Grant

Drums
Paul is British by birth but grew up in the heart of East Flatbush, a neighborhood located in Brooklyn, New York. Paul would study his older cousin Clive

playing drums every Sunday at church.  At about age seven, Paul attended a concert for a band his cousin played for and decided to get on the drums after the concert was over. He picked up a stick and played a jazz groove and that’s the moment that birthed his love for the drums. From that point Paul was playing drums for evening services where his passion for music grew deeper. Paul is a self taught drummer and credits his playing style to George “Spanky” McCurdy, Chris Dave, Dennis Chambers, Lil John Roberts and a slew of Brooklyn native gospel musicians.
